Sebastian, or as we call him "Sab", is our Lead Pastor, responsible for leading our church in seeking God's vision and direction. He's a gifted speaker with a deep faith, but what people most often remark about him is that, "He's just a regular guy."

Rob Campbell
Executive Pastor
Rob coaches the staff, takes care of New Life’s business operations and assists Sebastian in formulating our Strategic Plan. He is part of the Creative Team that shapes our teaching series and considers his opportunities to minister at New Life an incredible privilege. Rob has a passion for expanding GOD's Kingdom by multiplying leaders and growing people in their walk with JESUS CHRIST. In his personal time, Rob truly enjoys singing and playing guitar, kayaking, biking and skiing, or just laughing with his family & friends.

Lisa Davies
Family Ministries -- Birth - 5th Grade Supervisor
Lisa's years of experience and love for God add up to her being a dynamic leader in Family Ministries. She is lead coach for our MainStreet and UpStreet Coordinators, as well as producer for Kidstuf, our monthly Family Production. Lisa's understanding of the "Orange Philosophy" enables her to bring strong leaders alongside children and their parents to develop a partnership that equals in life change for the entire family. Along with her husband, she is raising three beautiful daughters to become Next Generation Leaders.
