Meet Our Team

Staff & Ministry Leaders

New Life is a staff-led church and operates under a church board form of governance. Learn more here.

Board of Administration

Our Board oversees major decisions like direction, budget, and policy. It includes the Lead Pastor and four to six Partners who provide guidance and accountability. Members serve three-year terms and are affirmed at our Annual Partner Meeting.

Our Lead Pastor leads the staff, setting vision and direction. The staff carries that out—leading ministries, making decisions, and equipping volunteers.

We’re committed to being a safe place for healing. If you’ve experienced church hurt, our Board and staff are available to connect—just reach out to start a conversation.

Church Hurt Happens. And you don't have to carry it alone.

If you’ve experienced hurt—here at New Life or somewhere else—we’re here to listen and walk with you toward healing, starting with Healing Conversations.

What is Church Hurt?
We define church hurt as a specific pain resulting from actions taken by churches, church leaders, and churchgoers inside the confines of the church community.

What are Healing Conversations?
They’re simply a place to be heard. These conversations aren’t one-time fixes, but the beginning of a path toward healing, forgiveness, and, when possible, reconciliation.

Who can you talk to?
You can reach out to any of our pastors, staff, or Board members to schedule a conversation. Call us at 607-785-8579 or connect by email.

If you’d prefer to speak with someone outside our leadership structure, a trusted member of our congregation serves as a Designated Reporter and is available to listen.
